As a thought partner, I use my relational, intuitive, and system thinking skills to help clients explore and develop complex ideas and projects. Whether it’s figuring out the next steps of a major project or synthesizing the logic behind a complex multi-component initiative, clients call upon me to help them think about what’s possible.

I enjoy sitting in the ambiguity of not knowing with clients because I believe this is the place where greater insights and possibilities emerge. Together we explore the assumptions, judgments, hopes, and beliefs that limit breakthrough thinking.  By being curious and exploring differing points of view, we listen together for the core question, insight, or next step that is at the center of each conversation or project. Whether working one-to-one or with a team, clients consistently acknowledge my ability to help them expand their thinking by tapping into what they already know and sensing into the possibilities that want to be known.
